Through our website and our email service, you can get a message to your health team when it is convenient for you. IBS Medspa has a strict NO-SHOW POLICY. A deposit will be required to schedule and confirm an appointment. Follow-up visits are at a discounted price.

Initial/Sick Consult (In Clinic)

Initial/sick consults include: Initial consult for any or the following or other initial consults such as: Eye infections, allergies, upper respiratory infections, ear pain, GI upset, urinary symptoms, etc.

Aesthetics

Services include: relaxing the facial muscles to reduce signs of aging. Neuromodulators available: Botox, Xeomin, and Jeuveau.

Medical Weight Loss-In Person

Our team will support you in building a healthier you. We provide sample meal plans along with GLP-1 and GIP medication such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide with our weight loss program. We do not accept insurance, however, most patients qualify for payment plans.

Vitamin IV Infusion/Hydration

Whether you feel under the weather, exposed to airborne illnesses such as COVID-19, want to boost your immune system, suffer from migraine headaches, or recovering from a hangover, we offer a variety of Vitamin IV Infusions to meet your needs. Schedule your appointment for available times.

Meet our provider Mrs. Zulema Garcia. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mrs. Garcia is a Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) with 20 years of nephrology and dialysis experience. Her certification was acquired from the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with a national certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. As an experienced medical professional, she puts your healing needs first. We are proud to provide a high quality level of customer service, medical experience, and commitment to health and wellness to all our patients. Our goal is to make you feel better as quickly as possible as well as improving the mental health and self esteem of each individual by addressing all your beauty needs.
